Part One

A Dark And Stormy Night-

Start the mad experiment by collecting 5 brains- 3 on the home page 2 on the game page

The Soft Flesh of the Living- Love three photographs of people that appear to be alive- Photos are available in MovieTown

Prepare Yourself-

This Might get Messy-  Wear something that will fit the experiment- Change your outfit. You can do so by click on your character on the left side of the screen then click the shirt icon on the popup. Change your outfit (click on something in your wardrobe that you already have on if you don’t wish to change your outfit.) Click the ‘Ok’ button

How Crazy are Your Brains- Test your brains by playing a game of crazy cards. - This will be complete just a few moments after you enter the game. No need to win anything :]

Part Two

Only a Crazy Person will Finish This Alone-

Invite three mad genius friends to the lab in your room. I usually make a status telling people not to respond to my invites before sending them c: so if this step makes you uncomfortable (and you don’t have any diamonds) you should try that.

If you have more than one account and have a way to access them both at the same time you can also do this step with yourself xD Just invite your other account to your room three times.

Say thanks to your three helpers by giving them autographs- give any three users an autograph. To give an autograph, click on a user (in the chat rooms, along with the bottom of your screen...you should be able to click on an avatar no matter where it shows up.)  Click the bottom left paper icon in the popup. NonVIP users can give one auto per hour.

Draw your made plan-

Get inspired by loving three terrifying Artbooks- artbooks can be found in MovieTown

Make an Artbook showing your mad plans for creating this monster- if you don’t feel like creating an artbook, you can start and just save an artbook without putting anything into it. Start the AB by clicking the brush icon, once it opens hit the check mark in the top right corner, put in a name and boom! You're done :D ((forgot the screenshot the prize for this one))

Prepare your Laboratory-

Visit the item shop and buy something you think will be necessary for the experiment- If there's nothing you want to buy right now, go to the Top tab in the item shop and pick up a fly :] They cost 37 coins.

Set up the new equipment in your lab- save your room after making any adjustment. I just clicked a piece of furniture then saved. No need to drag in that little fly (or whatever you bought) :3

A Monster With Style-

Love three looks that could be fitting for a monster- Like any three looks from any user. I found a random person in a chatroom, clicked on the look section of their profile(the photo icon next to youtube) click on any of the looks and love them <3

Find three monster pets and pet them-  On USA MSP most users on the first pages of the high score list have pets in their room, so if you don’t own a pet and cant get into the pet chatroom this is your best place to find them :]

I currently have ten pets so you can get 50 coins from my room if you're so inclined ;D

Find five bloodshed eyes- Three in shopping Two in MovieTown

A Look of Horror

Buy some ghoulish face paint or makeup in the beauty clinic- I tried to just use the free makeup remover but it didn't work ;-; (i'm not sure if my avatar was wearing makeup before though) The cheapest makeup for female avatars is 100 coins. There's a lot of new amazing things in the clinic! Not sure how long they've been there but I'm glad to see it!

Visit the clothing shop and buy a scary piece of clothing- Usually, during events, you can go to the TOP section (the star) and find the cheapest things available. I'm not seeing any less than 100 coins items this time, unfortunately.

Create a monstrous look and wear it- The looks section is in MovieTown. You don't have to actually hit wear after you save the look! So if you like you can just save what you have on (but click something in your wardrobe so it will let you save) Save the look and your good! You can delete the look you saved right after- it will still count.

Scary Welcome

Visit the animation shop and buy a scary animation-I believe there is an animation (or a few) that only cost 100. If you can't find them, on USA MSP right now there are a couple 150 coins on the first top page

Wear your monstrous look and invite two scared friends to a chatroom- explained in part two :}


Play the animation and make the chatroom scream in fear- I played mine in my own room :] If chatroom put too much on your computer (like they do mine) this can be a good option :]

Only a Mad Genius can Finish This

Prove that you are a genius by winning a game of quiz- It doesn't seem like MSP has added any new questions so, if you are having trouble with this one just give it a few rounds and you should have seen a majority of the questions.

Show off your madness by giving five autographs- this will take non-vips 5 hours (at least) set a timer if you want a reminder to check in to MSP and give an auto every hour!

Be a mad genius and receive two autographs from online friends- You can make a status asking people on your friend's list for help :D

Since its update ive only been using the app version of the site so I completely forgot about this event  :x

Blood Sucking Vampire Bats!

Help find five missing vampire bats- Two in MovieTown Three in Shopping. If they do not show up when you first click on the page try clicking the MSP logo in the top left corner (This may turn your friends list off) If that doesnt work try logging out for a moment :]

Dress to Scare

Visit the clothing shop and buy at least one terrifying piece of clothing- Buy whatever you want from the clothing shop 

Create the most ghastly look imaginable- Save any new look

Wear your ghastly look and watch other movie stars tremble- to put the look on visit your look page (you can also do this from your closet) and click wear. (If you don't want to change your clothes you can just go to your closet, click on of the clothes you are currently wearing so the Ok button becomes active then click that~ That's what I did )

The Creepy Clown 

Visit the Beauty Shop and buy creepy clown makeup-  Its free to remove makeup- so if you don't want makeup on your avvy this section will cost you 100 coins 

Win a game of Quiz while looking like a creepy clown- MSP doesn't have too many questions in this game so if you find yourself struggling just give yourself a few rounds and you'll have seen pretty much every answer :]  ((If you have access to the app it may be better to play it there. For me, even when I win it doesn't count it as it lags out and the winning screen never pops up :c))

Receive two autographs from online friends(you deserve it)- you'll also need to be online when they auto you :] If i'm on your friends list on USA please message me and ill send you the autos. You can also try posting a status about the autos to see if any of your friends will send any over (try to be kind about it though :3)

Visit the animation shop and buy a frightening animation- The lowest animations should cost around 100-150 coins 

Look as scary as you can and go into a chatroom and play the animation- go into a chatroom (including your room) and play an animation. You can also play on of the three animations listen on the bottom of the screen ((It will be easier for your computer to handle too))

The Game of the Insane

Win a game of crazy cards- 
This one is going to be a bit of a pain :x Crazy cards in a but like Cards Against Humanity. You will be given a word and you pick the card that you have that you think would go with that category/question best. You will not always have a card that makes sense. If that happens I usually go with the card I like the least just to get rid of it :] Pay attention to what cards players pick as the winner when they are the judge and it may make it more likely for you to win :]

((Since so many people will be playing this game it may take a bit longer than usual to win.  So try to have patients or if you are VIP it may be worth it to skip this one if you don't want to spend the time trying to win. You'll probably also run into a lot of people trying to cheat by telling you their card, You can report them and then just never pick them- even if their card is the best xD ))

Save an artbook. Even a blank one will do.

Buy something spooky for your room in the item shop-
To find the cheapest item in the shop click the Top item button (the yellow star) There should be some cheap items there.

Do a ghostly redecoration of your room-
Save any sort of redecoration of your room. Click the pencil, then drag any item from the pop up that you want and hit the save button (a floppy disk) in the upper right hand corner.

Visit the 3 most creepy Rooms in the game and Love them-
Go Love any three rooms :]
